Josh is an accomplished accounting professional with 15+ years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant for NuVida Medical, he began his career as an auditor with CBIZ before transitioning to corporate accounting. This is where his focus on close procedures, financial reporting, process improvement, and compliance was most beneficial. Throughout his career, Josh has traversed a diverse portfolio of industries including retail, insurance, mining, and hedge fund administration for a Fortune 500 financial services firm. Josh’s position as a Senior Accountant at a national education firm had him applying his Excel expertise to support multiple accounting functions for over 300 childcare centers before utilizing his collaboration skills to serve as the lead mergers and acquisitions accountant during a period of rapid growth for the company. He is excited to be part of the NuVida team where he can leverage his proficiency in problem-solving and process optimization to support the growth and efficiency goals of the company. Josh holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
