Bio

Sarah was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona. With all of her extended family residing in Wisconsin, she learned at a young age why her parents made the move to sunny Arizona.

Sarah attended high school at Xavier College Preparatory in Phoenix where she was class president for 3 years. She attended Arizona State University to study Kinesiology. While in college, she worked full time for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. She fell in love with the hospitality industry, which played a major role in her changing her major. She graduated in 3 years with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Minor in Exercise Science.

Upon graduating from ASU, she realized that the tourism industry was not for her. She began working as a Business Analyst for Avnet. It is here where she quickly learned that the cubicle life did not suit her and considered going back to school to become an Optometrist. During that pivotal time, she was exposed to the medical device sales industry, where she could put her original passion of anatomy and physiology into practice while still helping patients.

She started her career in medical device at Boston Scientific where she worked in urology, focusing on Men’s Health. Within her first 6 months as an Associate Sales Rep, she was required to step up into an interim territory manager role, overseeing the largest territory in the nation - $9M quota, over three times the national average. Missing quota by 0.1%, she was awarded the first ever “Grace Under Pressure Award”.

While being appreciative of the experience and everything she learned from it, it was time for her to transition into a new role. She accepted a job as an Advanced Biologics Specialist at Wright Medical. This was where she found a deep appreciation for regenerative technologies. Soon after, news of an acquisition required her to start entertaining other opportunities.

Sarah was introduced to Danny and Park in late 2020, and ultimately joining Forthright Medical in 2021. Initially starting as a sales representative, in 2022 she stepped into a managerial role where she was expected to grow the business outside of Arizona. The regenerative clinic-based technology ultimately grew to a level, where NuVida Medical was started in 2023.

Sarah has enjoyed the entire journey with Danny and Park and feels incredibly blessed and honored to continue the growth of NuVida. She is excited to continue to bring industry leading technology to physician partners and patients across the country, while representing a company that was built on a strong moral foundation. One of her favorite aspects of her position is cultivating genuine relationships with the distributor partners she works so closely with.

In her free time, although it’s never as much as she would like, she enjoys anything outdoors, from hiking to wake surfing as well as live music, sporting events (Go Pack Go), going to concerts, and volunteering at a variety of outreach events – especially feeding the homeless. She has two four legged children, Moxie and Ruger, who find it funny to bark while mom is on the phone.
