Bio

Tim grew up in Michigan and attended Hillsdale College to play on the tennis team his freshman year. During that time he visited his brother at Arizona State University and immediately knew that was the place for him. After that visit, Tim moved west and now 30 years later, he still calls AZ home.

With an interest and passion for people, Tim graduated from ASU with a Sociology degree. With that same drive and passion, he went to work for an upstart laparoscopic company where he quickly had success and was promoted to an Area Manager. With this new appreciation of selling in the OR, Tim decided he wanted to have a more challenging role, so he accepted a position with a start-up spine company, Trans1.

At Trans1, Tim rapidly grew the AZ market and soon was traveling the West training and working with KOLs in the spine space. While in this position, Tim developed great relationships and a respect for distributors and decided he either wanted to become one or work directly with them.

When Baxter Healthcare purchased the Actifuse bone graft, Tim was pursued by Baxter to work with and manage distribution in the spine and orthopedic space covering most of the US. Tim was an instrumental part of growing this division winning multiple President's awards and consulted on new product development and a number of leadership committees.

After an incredibly successful career at Baxter, Tim was offered a position to work for Mimedx on their OR side growing the business in Orthopedic, Spine and Foot and Ankle specialties. This is where he met and worked with the founders of Forthright and NuVida, Park and Dan and developed an appreciation and respect for what they were doing in the marketplace. It was through this relationship, they decided to partner with Tim to help grow the NuVida business.

Outside of work Tim and his wife Jenine enjoy spending time with their two standard poodles, Charlie and Baxter, traveling and going to concerts. Tim is an avid golfer and tennis player.
