Bio
Travis was born and raised in Northern, CO graduating from Greeley West High School where he excelled in athletics and academics. Father David, Mother Jill and younger brother Cody reside in Colorado as well. He grew up playing football, baseball, golf, snowboarding and is an avid concert goer in his free time.
Upon graduation he opted to decline a football scholarship to play quarterback for the University of Colorado at Boulder and accepted a baseball scholarship in the SEC to play at The University of Florida in Gainesville for The Gators. During his playing career with The Gators he participated in The College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska in 1996 and 1998.
After graduation Travis took his talents to Miami’s Famous South Beach. He initially embarked on his professional career in high net worth financial management by completing Morgan Stanley’s sales training and licensing program as a Financial Advisor before moving to Merrill Lynch in Aventura, FL. He has his financial licenses including the Series 7, Series 6, Series 31 and Insurance . Market change and timing allowed him to accept his first role in the medical field with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in Palm Beach, Florida for six years as a District Manager prior to transitioning into the Medical Device industry with Arthrex.
Travis spent the majority of his medical device career with Arthrex where for twelve years in Southeast Florida he oversaw an $80 million distributorship on Florida’s east coast from Daytona Beach to The Florida Keys spanning positions as: Sales Manager, Director of Sales and lastly Vice President Sales/Agency Partner.
Travis and his wife CK transitioned back to Colorado to be closer to family and signed on with Zimmer Biomet as a Regional Sales Manager in 2020 and was promoted to Regional Sales Director in 2021 before leaving to run the western region as Regional Sales Director for a start up organization, Avitus Orthopaedics, in 2023. Upon completion and participation in the Avitus acquisition by Zimmer Biomet he is excited to venture into his new role/partnership with NuVida Medical and their leadership team as an Areas Sales Director, US.
Travis currently, resides in South Denver where he’s married to his wife CK of 16 years who works in the plastic surgery industry as a patient coordinator in Cherry Creek, Colorado. They enjoy attending sporting events, concerts, cuisine, and fun exploring new venues nationally while parenting their ferocious five pound teacup yorkie, Reuben aka Ruí.
